Was expecting the same as photos on Internet. However the room was smelly had to keep the window open all the time I was there andy the smell remained. No bar facilites as stated. Had to pay to use facilities. The breakfast was absolutly discussing presented with cheap nasty coffee cup no saucer the tables was not set was in a dark cold room. Cheap cornflakes. One pot of everyday redcoats jam passed around to everyone, when asked for butter for toast was greeted with moan. Tea you could see through obviously very cheap tea bags when spoke to man he said not his job speak in reception. Then a big very gruesome dirty man stormed in and greeted us with a discusting look, we was laughing about our days events and he told us to leave. All in all appalling treatment .

    The hotel was appalling.

As above this hotel is not fit for animals let alone people.

    Reception lady was lovely!!!

Not really what I would class a AA 3 star hotel!!! Rooms were dated, bed was uncomfy. Desparately needs a revamp!!! Breakfast was VERY basic but adequate. The room was suppose to have been non smoking but stank of cigrettes. Only had one towel though there was 2 of us!!! Felt more like a workmans digs than a hotel. Would recommed if someone wanted a cheap hotel to rest there head.

The heating had broke the first night. The out of date tv. The cleanliness of the room.

    Not a lot.

The Kingfisher Hotel! Had to get the sheets changed, suspicious hairs on bathroom floor, very old and in bad condition. The night staff was friendly, the rest couldn't really speak English. Very noisy at night, taps dripping, pipes clanking and doors pretty thin so you can hear everyone.

Friendly staff - though that might be due to the language advantage I had (We speak the same language). Though I can imagin this can be frustrating for English speaking customers.

Not the cleanest, a bit run down and definitely old.

    Good

The staff and service are very good - friendly and approachable.

The decor. Drab and in need of gutting.

What did I like about the hotel? Nothing! Waste of money. Poor service, rooms, staff without any knowledge... Very bad.

    Very good

Pleasant helpful staff. Good value for the price we paid of £35 per night.

The room we had and the corridor to the rooms smells a little of stale cigarette smoke, the decor in the corridors looks a little 'tired'.

It was in a good location quiet area

The beddings & the carpets where very dirty with un odour, dusty too. Bed sheets where very white ,but me & my husband where disgusted with the blankets & duvet spread all stained with human blood or what ever, we could post the pictures if you want. We where very disappointed, Why they could continue using those beddings for Christ sake, And the room was so cold with no spare duvets.its a nice hotel but please take care of the beddings.
